The WMA technical delegates shall create a more detailed version of the timetable in cooperation with the LOC, as soon after as all the entries have been received.
All finals shall be organized on their scheduled dates, even if a qualifying round or semifinals have possibly been left out from the program (due to small amount of entries). In these occasions, the event shall be organized as a so called direct final. (on a scheduled final-day)
When the track events have qualifying rounds marked or the running events are marked with preliminary rounds on the schedule, all confirmed competitors are required to report to these rounds and succeed in them on a prescribed fashion to qualify.
The same rules apply automatically in semifinals of the running events.
All vertical jumps (high jump and pole vault) shall be organized as a direct final only (in one flight).
