Participation declaration

Declaration to all the events is made at the TIC, which is located at the Lahti 2009 Centre (next to the Sport Stadium). The athletes must confirm a declaration to ALL events, which  they are taking part in.

• A declaration to an event may be confirmed  maximum three (3) days prior to the competition
• For the competitions that are scheduled  before noon (<12.00pm)  -declaration of the participation must be done in the TIC the previous night by 6.00pm (That is the latest possible declaration time)
• For the competitions that are scheduled  on the afternoon (>12.00pm) – declaration of the participation must be done in the TIC  by 10.00 am on  the competition day (That is the latest possible declaration time)
