Throwing Implements

WMA2009 Lahti has a selection of throwing implements available for the competitors in all the throwing events (Javelin, Discus, Shot, Weight, Hammer). The implement will meet international criteria.  WMA2009 Lahti can not guarantee that implement of any specific brand will be available in the competition. If you want to be sure that you are happy with the implements, please bring your own.

Poles

There will be a pool of poles available in the pole vault competition as well as in the Decathlon competitions. If you want to be sure that you are happy with the implements, please bring your own.

 Implement Control

It is possible to use one’s own implements at the WMA2009 Championships. The equipments must be brought to the Control before taking part in the event.
In WMA2009 Lahti the implement control will be organized in the back part of the Event Office.
