Cross Country, WMA 2009 Lahti

Cross Country 8km is scheduled for the first competition day, 28.7.2009.
The Cross Country will be run at the Salpausselkä Ridges right beside the main Stadium. The route is very spectator-friendly as the length of the course is 2km and it is run 4 times around. The spectators are able to cheer their favorites and sense the feelings from near distance after the athletes have crossed the finish line.

Road Race Walk, WMA 2009 Lahti

The Road Race Walk 10km is scheduled for the 3.8.2009, and Road Race Walk 20km is scheduled for the 6.8.2009.
The both distances (10km and 20km) are run at the Felmann Park, next to the main Stadium.
