Entry Procedure
All entries must be on the Official entry form (pdf). The entries must be sent to the athletes´ WMA Affiliate. The Affiliate will validate the entry and send it to the Organizing Committee. Individual entries will only be accepted subject to approval by the WMA Council, where there are no affiliated organisations, or the affiliate fails to fulfil its validation obligation.
INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES SHALL MAKE THE ENTRY PAYMENT TO THE NATIONAL MASTERS ASSOCIATION OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY, NOT DIRECTLY TO THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE. NATIONAL MASTERS ASSOCIATIONS SHALL MAKE THE TOTAL PAYMENTS OF ENTRY FEES TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE.
Entries must be accompanied by a photocopy of birth certificate or passport to identify the athletes’ age.
Entries and entry fees must be received by the Organizing Committee not later than the 1st of June, 2009.

Attention! The price for accompanying persons 35€ / person is also the price for the background team accompanying the athlete; team leaders, medical staff and service.
Late Entry
Late entries, in the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee, may be accepted until June 16, 2009, at an additional late entry fee of euro 25 per event. These late entries may not be listed in the official program.
Cancellation conditions
There will be no refund of entry fees.
Payments
EVERY INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE IS REQUIRED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT TO THE NATIONAL MASTERS ASSOCIATION OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY BY BANK TRANSFER. THE NATIONAL MASTERS ASSOCIATION WILL SEND THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PAYMENTS TO THE ORGANISING COMMMITTEE, Lahden Ahkera.
Please allow approximately 20 € for any commission charges when paying by bank transfer in addition to any bank charges you pay in your country.
